(OSOS PMS)

Welcome to the Preventive Management System (“PMS”), operated by Prime Business Solutions (“OSOS”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the PMS web platform and mobile application.

By accessing, registering, or using PMS, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

Your use of PMS constitutes acceptance of these Terms and any updates made from time to time. Continued use after changes are published indicates acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. User Access and Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials

  • All activities performed under your account

You must immediately notify OSOS of any unauthorized access or suspected security breach. OSOS shall not be liable for losses caused by misuse of credentials due to user negligence.

3. Account Registration

Access to PMS features may require account registration. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information and to update such information when required.

Providing false or outdated information may result in restricted or terminated access.

4. Use of the System

PMS is designed to support:

  • Preventive and corrective maintenance

  • Asset management and tracking

  • Maintenance requests and approvals

  • Inspections, readings, and reporting

You agree to use PMS only for lawful business purposes and not to:

  • Disrupt system performance

  • Attempt unauthorized access to data

  • Misuse system features or permissions

5. Data Accuracy and Ownership

You are responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and legality of all data entered into PMS, including asset, maintenance, and operational records.

OSOS does not verify user-entered data and is not responsible for decisions made based on inaccurate or incomplete information.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All PMS software, interfaces, designs, logos, documentation, and features are the exclusive property of OSOS or its licensors.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or reverse-engineer any part of PMS without prior written permission.

7. System Updates and Availability

OSOS may update, enhance, or modify PMS features at any time to improve performance, security, or functionality. Temporary service interruptions may occur during maintenance or upgrades.

OSOS does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of PMS.

8. Third-Party Integrations

PMS may integrate with third-party systems such as payment gateways, analytics tools, or external services. OSOS is not responsible for the availability, reliability, or security of such third-party services.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OSOS shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

  • Operational losses due to system downtime

  • Data loss caused by user error or third-party services

PMS is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis.

10. Suspension and Termination

OSOS reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to PMS without prior notice if:

  • These Terms are violated

  • The system is misused

  • Security or data integrity is compromised

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Sultanate of Oman, and all disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
